Information we receive
When you submit the website inquiry form or contact MARFA through WhatsApp, MARFA may receive your name, business contact details, company, destination market, project description, and the files or links you choose to provide. Do not submit confidential information unless it is necessary and covered by an appropriate agreement.
How information is used
Information is used to review project scope, respond to inquiries, prepare quotations, coordinate requested services, maintain business records and protect the website. MARFA does not state that an inquiry creates an order or contractual commitment.
Service providers and transfers
The website inquiry form sends the submitted information and permitted attachments to MARFA through website-hosting and transactional-email service providers. WhatsApp remains an optional direct contact channel and processes messages under its own privacy terms. The digital catalogue is provided by Heyzine and may receive technical request data when the catalogue is opened. Hosting, security and email providers may process limited technical and inquiry data to deliver these services. International projects may require information to be reviewed in China and the buyer's destination market.
Retention and security
Inquiry records are retained only as long as reasonably required for project review, legal obligations and business records. No internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
You may request access, correction or deletion where applicable by using the website inquiry form or the verified WhatsApp contact shown on the site. A successful form confirmation means the inquiry was accepted for email delivery; it does not create an order or contractual commitment. Legal rights vary by jurisdiction.
